Home & School Communication

 Home/School CommunicationsIMAGE
Regular communication between the home and school forms a bond that benefits all. This communication can be developed and maintained through conferences, notes, letters, progress reports, report cards, school calendars, phone calls, emails, and parent notices from the principal.  Each Wednesday your child will bring home an envelope containing important information.  Please keep the contents (unless requested to return), sign and return the envelope the next school day.
School Messenger Notification System
School Messenger is used to send voice and email messages to the home.  This system would also be used to notify you of a situation that might involve closing school early. This being said, it is imperative that we always have a current working number in our system.  Please notify the front office whenever your contact information changes.
The most important job of our teachers is to provide a quality education to your child. With this in mind, we must limit classroom interruptions. We ask that you not conference with your child’s teacher in the morning when students are arriving to school or when students are being dismissed. Contacting your child’s teacher in advance to set up a conference will give you the time needed to discuss any concerns you may have. This can be arranged by sending a note, email, or by calling the school office (322-2900).
